What You'll Do

  • Manage end‑to‑end service requests for internal teams and external clients, providing technical support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Monitor system performance using diagnostic platforms to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve solar PV system faults.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely issue resolution and clear expectation management.
  • Implement and enforce quality control across all works, including commissioning, maintenance, servicing, and subcontractor-delivered projects.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety practices, industry standards, and legal compliance for all service activities.
  • Lead and deploy subcontractors effectively, maintaining accountability for work outcomes and service delivery quality.
  • Maintain accurate service records, contribute to performance reporting, and support monitoring of overall service team output.

Key Criteria


  • At least 4 years of experience in solar service, solar technical support positions.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, including batteries, generators, and hybrid systems
  • Experience using inverter monitoring platforms (deep expertise in at least one preferred)
  • Good understanding of electrical fundamentals: system interconnections, shutdown procedures, ability to read SLDs
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear technical advice internally and externally

Work Set Up


Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

Manila (BGC, Taguig): In this role, you are required to work hybrid in the first week (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home), then will transition into full time remote work. Working hours from 6.00 AM - 3.00 PM PHT.
