We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical
Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This isn't your typical
field-based engineering role. Instead, you'll be working in our well-equipped
office, collaborating with co-engineers, providing crucial support and
solutions to our clients in Australia.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert technical support: You'll be the go-to person for our clients in Australia, helping them troubleshoot and resolve issues with their solar inverter and/or batteries.
- Collaborate with a team: Work closely with our equally dynamic engineers to collaborate and provide comprehensive solutions for our clients and stakeholders.
- Innovate and learn: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning about latest technologies and developing creative solutions for complex problems.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
- Licensed and non-licensed are welcome to apply
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for explaining complex technical information clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- With passion for technology and a desire to help others.
- Previous experience in the customer service industry in a technical support role is a plus, but not required.
- Willing to relocate to Olongapo City
