Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Solar Digital Engagement Associate to support Solviva's customer engagement operations. This role will assist in managing omnichannel inquiries, lead qualification, technical FAQ support, and digital brand protection to ensure the company's growth and lead conversion. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and CX
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
1. Multi-Channel Inquiry Management
- Omnichannel Monitoring: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, uChat chatbot, social media comments, Viber Business, New Customer emails and other digital channels.
- Speed-to-Lead: Ensure a first response within 15 minutes to maintain a competitive advantage, handling a volume of 50-100+ daily messages.
- Technical Support: Act as the primary resource for answering technical FAQs regarding solar packages and system capabilities to move leads through the funnel.
2. Lead Qualification & Intelligent Routing
- Qualification: Ask targeted questions to assess lead readiness, including location serviceability, timeline, monthly bill average, homeowner status, and budget.
- Strategic Routing: Route qualified leads to appropriate nurture sequences or sales teams, while directing existing customers to the CX team.
- CRM Documentation: Log every interaction in CRM with complete information (source, contact details, qualification status) to ensure Sales Reps receive clean, actionable data.
3. Chatbot Optimization & Brand Protection
- Human Intervention: Monitor uChat chatbot conversations to identify when human intervention is needed or when leads are stuck in automated flows.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest script improvements and FAQ updates based on recurring customer questions or chatbot failure points.
- Reputation Management: Track public comments, respond professionally to concerns, and flag negative sentiment requiring escalation to Marketing or CX.
4. Coordination & Performance Reporting
- Cross-Functional Handoff: Conduct daily handoffs of qualified leads to Sales teams with full context and collaborate with Marketing on campaign-specific messaging.
- Analytics: Track response times, inquiry volume by channel, and qualification rates.
- Reporting: Provide weekly reports to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements for better handoff conversion.
Qualifications and Skills
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital customer engagement, social media management, or lead qualification is preferred.
- Technical Familiarity: Experience with CRM systems (preferably Odoo) and chatbot platforms (such as uChat)
