Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive Solar Appointment Setter to manage lead qualification and schedule appointments for their DIY solar PV solutions. In this role, you will handle high-volume calls, update CRM records, and engage prospective clients to drive continuous growth in their sales outreach strategy.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming leads for DIY solar PV solutions.
• Manage high call volumes efficiently to identify interested prospects.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for the primary sales team.
• Update and maintain accurate records within the CRM platform.
• Provide basic product information to DIY solar enthusiasts.
• Follow up with potential leads to ensure continuous engagement.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Prior experience in the solar industry is highly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound or inbound calls.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and lead management software.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Professional setup with reliable internet and hardware support.
