POSITION SUMMARY APPLICABLE TO THIS ROLE
The Internal Application Tester & Trainer will support the rollout and ongoing use of business applications by conducting functional testing, identifying issues, and delivering practical, user-focused training. The role focuses on ensuring applications are fit for purpose and that end-users are confident in using the system through structured training and real-time how-to support.

Essential
ACADEMIC & TRADES QUALIFICATIONS APPLICABLE TO THIS ROLE
Desirable
2+ years experience in application testing, QA, or application support roles.
Diploma or degree in IT, Business, or a related field (desirable, not mandatory).
Demonstrated Experience Providing End-user Training Or how-to Support.
Familiarity with structured testing methodologies or tools is an advantage.
