We are seeking a methodical and detail-obsessed Software Tester to join our growing engineering ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as the ultimate line of defense between great code and the real world, taking complete ownership of testing and validating a highly complex Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem and its cross-platform integrations. Operating directly out of our modern Manila facility on an ideal dayshift, this position is perfect for an analytical QA professional who understands .NET system architectures, possesses strong data querying skills, and thrives on bringing stability to business-critical production environments.

Your Impact

• Scenario Architect & Blueprint Maker: Review complex technical software requirements to craft, document, and execute comprehensive test plans. Build structured test scenarios that ensure long-term system reliability and consistency across every major release cycle.

• Cross-Platform Bug Hunter: Execute rigorous manual functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across a diverse ecosystem, including Windows desktop applications (WinForms, WPF), modern web apps (ASP.NET MVC, Blazor), and native mobile platforms (MAUI for Android).

• Defect Detective & Collaborator: Identify, thoroughly document, and isolate complex software defects within tracking systems. Partner closely with onshore software developers and business analysts to reproduce, verify, and efficiently squash bugs.

• Integration & Database Validator: Test and validate critical connections, API handshakes, and data flows between core ERP layers, external financial modules, peripheral business systems, and Microsoft SQL Server backends.

• Insight Reporter: Analyze test execution metrics, communicate clear quality outcomes and build readiness reports to engineering leaders, and proactively recommend architectural workflow optimizations.

What You Bring

• The Experience:Proven professional experience in manual software testing and structured test case design specifically tailored for complex ERP frameworks, accounting systems, or large-scale business management software.

• .NET Ecosystem Savvy: A solid technical understanding of how applications are built, packaged, and deployed within the Microsoft .NET ecosystem across desktop, web, and mobile endpoints.

• SQL Sharp-Shooter: Strong proficiency working with SQL Server, featuring the ability to comfortably write relational queries, navigate databases, and cross-reference underlying backend data tables during validation cycles.

• Domain Knowledge: A practical, working understanding of end-to-end commercial business operations, particularly manufacturing lifecycles, inventory pipelines, financial general ledgers, and production workflows.

• Independent Drive: A highly self-directed strategist capable of independently engineering testing pipelines, prioritizing active QA queues, and meeting tight staging deadlines with almost zero guidance.

• Communication Excellence: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, allowing you to clearly articulate technical issues, write flawless bug reproduction steps, and collaborate with international software teams.
