The Software Technical Expert serves as a senior technical leader responsible for driving architectural decisions, establishing best practices, and providing expert guidance across software development initiatives. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

What will your job look like

Technical Leadership

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks

Solution Design & Development

  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
  • Define technical specifications and system design documents
  • Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver solutions
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners on integrations

Process Improvement

  • Establish and enforce software development best practices
  • Drive adoption of CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base

All you need is...

  • 5 years of proven experience as a software engineer or a software support engineer
  • Awareness of programming concepts and ability to write software code in at least one programming language
  • Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
  • Significant proficiency/In-depth knowledge in the domain (Technology and products)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML integration and Generative AI (LLMs, agents)
  • Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, GCP Professional)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Background in telecom, or enterprise software domains
  • Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock, Agent Core, or similar AI platforms
