Software System Associate (Mandarin)

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with different departments to gather and understand business and system requirements.
• Analyze operational needs and propose suitable system development plans to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with department heads and relevant stakeholders to ensure system solutions align with business objectives.
• Monitor and report the progress of system development projects, ensuring timelines and project goals are achieved.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper implementation, testing, and deployment of system enhancements.
• Research and stay updated on new technologies, system trends, and industry best practices, and recommend improvements that benefit business operations.
• Provide support and recommendations to optimize existing systems and improve operational performance.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to system development initiatives and project status.
• Assist in resolving system-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely solutions.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or any related field.
• Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in system coordination, business analysis, project coordination, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with business systems or ERP platforms is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday.
