We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer with strong experience in Tosca or Salesforce Testing and a background in the Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of applications through comprehensive manual and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform end-to-end testing across web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain test automation using Tricentis Tosca or Salesforce testing tools.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Validate Salesforce functionalities, workflows, integrations, and data where applicable.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other QA Engineers to resolve issues.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and insurance processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing practices.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering / QA Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Tosca OR Salesforce Testing.
- Strong experience in test automation and manual testing.
- Experience with end-to-end testing, regression, integration, and functional testing.
- Strong understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with API testing and tools such as Postman is an advantage.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test/defect management tools.
- Insurance industry experience is required or highly preferred.
