Software Quality Assurance Tester

Job Description:

• Test mobile, web, and backend apps (manual).
• Check functionality, integration, system, and stability.
• Test on iOS and Android.
• Validate web UI/UX and browser compatibility.
• Test APIs and databases.
• Find, record, and report bugs clearly.
• Work with developers in Agile to ensure testable requirements.
• Use QA tools (Postman, JIRA, test management).
• Help with release testing (SIT, UAT).
• Participate in Agile meetings, providing testing feedback.

Bonus if you know:

• Automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
• Performance tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• CI/CD.
• Banking/finance experience.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's degree in any IT course.
• Proven ability to lead testing efforts, mentor team members, and contribute to QA strategies.
• Expertise in test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Experience testing mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Proficient in web testing (cross-browser, responsive design).
• Skilled in backend testing using API tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of Agile (sprint planning, collaboration tools like Confluence, Trello).
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Katalon) is a plus.

Salary: Php 60,000
