This is Work On Site in Shaw, Mandaluyong and on a Night Shift.

TheQA Specialist (Software Testing- AI)plays a key role in maintaining the quality and performance of the client's AI-driven systems. The main role of this position is to enhance customer experience by ensuring that the platform performs seamlessly across all communication channels. The AI plays an integrated role in scheduling, connecting customer interactions through voice, web, and text to the company's booking and dispatch systems. This person will test all functionalities, manage issue tracking, and maintain accurate reporting in Monday.com. The QA Specialist ensures that every update or new feature meets performance standards before being rolled out to the team or customers.
