Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Test current products and identify deficiencies.
- Suggest calculations to identify product problems.
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
- Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning Strategy
- Collaborate with the Development Team to ensure the consistent project execution
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
- Oversee continuous improvement projects
- Collect quality data
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to the Senior Manager.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in Software Testing
- Graduate of IT or equivalent
- Must have a valid NBI Clearance, Medical Clearance with Drug Test Report, TOR or Diploma, COE, and government ids.
