Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
6-12 months of progressive experience in software quality assurance.
Experience in various types of web applications, including HRIS, Procurement, CRM, Task Management, or other parts of ERP systems, is a plus.
Basic understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC) methodologies, including agile, iterative, and waterfall approaches.
Basic proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Selenium).
Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and scripting languages (e.g., Shell, PowerShell) is a plus.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with less supervision.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in software testing.
Any certification related to software testing is a plus.
Duties And Responsibilities
Analyze client business requirements to grasp needs and objectives thoroughly.
Document workflows and process flows for clear software implementation guidelines.
Contribute to QA process improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicate effectively with developers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure clarity on project objectives and requirements.
Collaborate with developers and team members to address reported issues through investigation and resolution.
Provide continuous client support, addressing inquiries and issues throughout software implementation and usage.
Oversee implementation, ensuring smooth integration of our software solutions into client systems and environments.
