We're Hiring a Software Project Manager!!
Remote | PH-based preferred
We're looking for a Software Project Manager to lead the delivery of software development projects from initiation through to completion. You'll be the link between clients, development teams, and stakeholders — keeping projects on scope, on schedule, and on budget while maintaining high standards of quality and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and close software development projects, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage project resources, budgets, and risks, escalating issues proactively
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear and regular status updates
- Coordinate cross-functional development teams (engineering, QA, design) and remove blockers to keep work moving
- Translate business and client requirements into actionable technical tasks in collaboration with the development team
- Track progress against plans, adjust as needed, and ensure delivery meets agreed quality standards
- Maintain accurateprojectdocumentation, reporting, and post-projectreviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science,SoftwareEngineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience as aProject Managerwithinsoftwaredevelopment
- Proven track record of successfullymanagingand deliveringsoftwaredevelopment projects end to end
- Strong technical knowledge of thesoftwaredevelopment lifecycle, methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall), and common development practices
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder-managementskills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency withprojectmanagementand collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Nice to Have:
- Recognisedprojectmanagementcertification (PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master, or similar)
- Experiencemanagingdistributed or remote development teams

- Work Schedule: 2PM – 11 PM
- Weekends Off: Fixed
