Software Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from planning to delivery and post-implementation support
• Coordinate with developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, and risks
• Ensure quality standards through proper testing, reviews, and governance
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Provide regular status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and issues proactively
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management or delivery management
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience handling cross-functional and distributed teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Technical background (development, QA, or systems) is a strong advantage.
