Job description:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company objectives
- Develop and maintain a product strategy that balances customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
- Translate long-term vision into an executable product roadmap
Customer & Market Insight
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback, feature requests, and usage data
- Identify user problems worth solving and validate solutions through rapid experimentation
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Execution & Delivery
- Partner with developers to scope, prioritize, and deliver features and enhancements
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate specification, iteration, and delivery cycles
AI-Enabled Product Development & Vibe Coding
- Demonstrate deep, practical understanding of ChatGPT for product development, including:
- Requirements generation and refinement
- UX copy, flows, and edge-case discovery
- Technical exploration, documentation, and validation
- Leverage Replit for rapid prototyping, UI experimentation, and proof-of-concept development
- Design, document, and continuously improve AI-assisted development workflows (vibe coding processes) that increase speed without sacrificing clarity or quality
- Act as a multiplier for the development team by improving how work gets defined, explored, and handed off
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment across teams
- Support product launches with clear positioning and internal enablement
- Serve as a bridge between technical execution and business goals
Product Operations, Platforms & Access Management
- Oversee website maintenance and updates, including administration of the Curbco WordPress environment hosted on SiteGround
- Serve as an administrator for core platforms including Zoho One, Google Workspace, Dropbox, AbleSign, and Zoho Vault
- Manage access to company applications, ensuring appropriate permissions and security practices
- Establish and maintain best practices for platform hygiene, documentation, and access governance
Measurement & Optimization
- Define success metrics and track product performance post-launch
- Use data and qualitative feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose AI-enabled solutions
Qualification and requirements:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in software product management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of modern software development processes
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools in a professional product or development context
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and execute with ownership
Strong Plus
- Experience using Replit for web or app development, prototyping, or tooling
- History of building or refining AI-assisted development workflows or vibe coding processes
- Comfort reading, reviewing, or lightly modifying code to support product outcomes
- Experience in fast-moving, resource-lean environments where leverage matters
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Own product outcomes end-to-end from vision and roadmap through delivery, launch, and measurable impact
- Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools (especially ChatGPT) in real product or development workflows; not theoretical or passive usage
- Ability to translate ambiguity into execution by writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that developers can ship against
- Strong technical fluency understands modern software development processes and can read/review or lightly modify code when needed
- Proven experience collaborating directly with engineers to scope, prioritize, and deliver features in fast-moving environments
- Comfort operating independently with full ownership, making decisions without heavy process or constant oversight
- Experience managing or administering digital platforms and tools (e.g., SaaS systems, access control, documentation hygiene)
- Data- and feedback-driven mindset, using metrics and customer insight to iterate and improve post-launch
