Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Technology Interns to join our APAC team in the Philippines. This role is designed for individuals seeking practical, hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade FinTech products. The Interns will work closely with Intellect's Engineering and Delivery teams based in Manila to deliver robust solutions for the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop, Test, and Deploy: Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of scalable software applications using modern tech stacks.
• Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, DevOps teams, and project managers to support various stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Innovation & Tech Adoption: Proactively learn and work with Intellect's proprietary twin technologies: iTurmeric for Composability and Purple Fabric for Enterprise Connected Intelligence (CI).
• Troubleshooting: Research, investigate, and help resolve technical issues, bugs, and database queries.
• Domain Alignment: Apply foundational financial insights to better understand product requirements and user journeys.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Currently enrolled in their final year or recent graduates from a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance/FinTech, or equivalent).

Domain Knowledge

• A foundational background or basic understanding of Finance, Banking, or Fintech concepts is highly preferred.

Technical Skillset

• Backend: Solid foundational knowledge of Java.
• Frontend: Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, specifically Angular.
• DevOps: Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts, automation tools, or cloud environments (DevOps methodologies).
• Databases: Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS). Proficiency in Oracle DB is required; knowledge or experience with PostgreSQL is a distinct advantage.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
