Job Summary:
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting ERP implementations, translating business requirements into effective NetSuite configurations. This role partners with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to design scalable solutions and ensure best practices across the implementation lifecycle.
Job Description:
- Reviewing discovery meeting recordings and transcripts from live sessions with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, FP&A, Operations, IT) to document current-state processes and define future-state requirements.
- Translate business requirements into NetSuite configurations, workflows, and reporting solutions.
- Identify gaps between business needs and standard NetSuite functionality; propose workarounds or enhancements.
- Configure NetSuite modules (Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Inventory, etc.) based on business requirements documents.
- Support data migration execution, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
- Develop functional specifications for integrations, reports, and customizations.
- UAT test script development and defect resolution.
- Support go-live cutover activities: Open transaction data migration, Hypercare support, Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution.
- Recommend process improvements aligned with NetSuite leading practices.
- Advise on controls, audit readiness (SOX where applicable), and system governance.
- Ensure proper documentation of configurations, workflows, and business processes.
- Provide regular status updates, risks, and mitigation plans to CFGI project team.
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or functional specification development for technical teams.
- Experience in reviewing requirements gathering documentation and configuring the system accordingly.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of core accounting principles and finance operations.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.
Work Location: Work from home (within Philippines only)
Work Schedule: 10 PM - 7 AM PH time, Monday to Friday
