Software Full Stack Developer | React & Java

This is 6 Months Project Based employment : It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee, it is a contractual type to our client for a minimum of 6 Months.* Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client. Our company will process your mandatory benefits/ salary. _*After 6 months, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract.

READ! : Your salary experience expectation is subject for approval. It depends on your skills and experiences.

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid NO Work NO Pay but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits;

Also, since you will be supporting US, NO Work No Pay Applies on US company Holidays. If the client announced that the specific date is US Company Holiday and they mentioned that your team has no operations (not allowed to work on that day), you will not be paid for that day.

IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , US Company holidays, and if you're absent.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills. They may also negotiate you.

POSITION: Full Stack Developer

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Amenable to work on a FULLY ONSITE in Taguig (Around BGC)
• Open to work on any shift assigned & shifting schedule: 24x7 operational model. even on a nightshift, early shift schedule, and midshift if assigned depending on the business needs
• At least 5+ years of Full stack software development working experience
• · Strong proficiency in React — including functional components, hooks, state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API), and front-end build tooling (Vite, Webpack, Next.js).
• Expert-level experience in Java back-end development, preferably with Spring Boot and RESTful API design.
• Solid experience in Python for back-end services, scripting, or data-adjacent workflows.
• Demonstrated experience deploying and operating applications on Google Cloud Platform and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (GKE or AKS).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cloud SQL, BigQuery) and non-relational databases (Firestore, CosmosDB, MongoDB).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows (branching strategies, pull requests, GitHub Actions).
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholder
