Software Full Stack Developer | .Net & React

This is possibly minimum of 6 months Months Project Based employment (Client is finalizing the details) : It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee, it is a contractual type to our client for a minimum of 6 Months .* Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client. Our company will process your mandatory benefits/ salary. _*After 6 Months, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract. Expect that the client will still monitor your performance and they can still terminate your contract any time with prior notice.

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid NO Work NO Pay but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits;

IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , and if you're absent.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills. They may also negotiate you.

POSITION: Software Engineering - Custom Software Engineer

• Willing to work on a Hybrid Set- up in Mandaluyong with 2-3 days onsite/week (may require more RTO days during KT period)
• Open to this Project based employment
• Open to work on a Dayshift schedule: 8am - 6pm

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• ·At least 3 years of experience in full stack development - .NET development experience building highly available web and mobile applications using C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, JavaScript, React
• Experience with Agile software development utilising the Kanban or Scrum methodology.
• Hands on experience with SQL Server, REST API
• SQL Server Database Administration experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Linux based environments
• Good English Communication Skills
• Open for project based employment as indicated above
