Software Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications that drive business success. In this role, you will oversee application development projects, manage technical teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications and systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, analysts, and technical specialists.
• Oversee IT projects from planning through deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Drive system integrations, process improvements, and technology innovation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC), security, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Application Development, Software Engineering, or IT Project Management.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing enterprise application projects.
• Strong knowledge of databases and cloud platforms such as MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, system integration, and application security best practices.
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows environments and version control tools such as Git, SVN, or TFS.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in web, mobile, eCommerce, or enterprise application development is an advantage.
