Join the Enterprise Corrections team at Tyler Technologies as a Software Engineer! As a full stack engineer, you will work with a wide range of technologies such as .NET, Angular, HTML5, SQL, and Cloud/AWS building scalable solutions that empower our clients and support mission-critical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET based applications and services.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and business analysts to solve complex technical problems.
- Advocate for best practices in architecture, design patterns, naming conventions, and code quality.
- Contribute to Agile team ceremonies and continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure long-term success of Enterprise Corrections products by delivering reliable, high-quality technical solutions.
- Continuously grow technical skills through independent research and hands-on learning.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of software design and development experience with conventional technologies
- Experience with .NET and C#
- Experience with JavaScript and frontend development
- Superior communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills is a must
- Demonstrated ability for effective multi-tasking and tracking deliverables and timelines
- Ability to be successful working on highly visible deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate across team or division boundaries
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience with WPF
