Description
This role leads the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) team, a strategic software initiative supporting cloud solutions for the food and beverage industry. The position plays a critical role in driving product delivery, aligning team performance with business objectives, and strengthening cross-regional collaboration between Manila and UK teams. By combining technical leadership, people management, and operational coordination, this role ensures efficient execution of product development, maintenance, and innovation while enabling scalable and high-impact solutions.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
• Design and implement backend solutions using C# / .NET
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
• Collaborate with teams to ensure end-to-end delivery
• Provide technical input on scalability, performance, and architecture
• Support minor frontend adjustments using Angular when needed
Basic Qualifications:
Core Technical Skills
• Strong experience in C# / .NET (modern .NET Core / .NET 8 preferred)
• Backend-focused full stack development experience
• Working knowledge of Angular (functional level)
• Hands-on experience with AWS or strong cloud exposure
• Experience with:
o Microservices architecture
o Docker & Kubernetes
o CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL)
• Exposure to cloud migration projects
• Familiarity with:
o Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code
o Event-driven architecture (SNS/SQS or equivalent)
• Experience working on enterprise / ERP / SaaS products
• Awareness of AI-assisted development tools
