Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- At least 5+ years of experience in application or production support

- Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to diagnose, resolve issues and make enhancements in Oracle Fusion, OIC integrations, VBCS apps, and related components

- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team

- Willing to work in a 24×7 support structure (on-call, weekends, holidays as needed)

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, support-oriented environments with shifting priorities

- Strong time-management and customer-service orientation

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide end-to-end support for Oracle SCM Fusion and related Cloud components (OCI, OIC, VBCS)

· Diagnose and resolve incidents, perform minor enhancements, and implement permanent fixes

· Support integrations using OIC, Groovy, XSLT, FBDI, and BIP/OTBI · Maintain documentation and proactively update the knowledge base

· Monitor incidents and ensure SLA compliance, escalating issues when required · Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for complex incident resolution

· Execute ad hoc tasks, health checks, and proactive monitoring activities

· Conduct root-cause analysis and actively participate in continuous-improvement efforts

· Provide consultation on escalation matrices, issue handling, and process changes

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders using email, chat, or conference calls

· Assist in testing, design, and implementation activities based on business needs

· Take on functional tasks, and potentially oversee a functional area or participate in projects as a Designer, Tester, or Implementer

· Mentor and upskill team members on Oracle tools, technologies, and best practices to accelerate the team's overall competency and reduce knowledge gaps

· Adapt to changing priorities and support requests as needed
