The Opportunity
This is not a traditional software development role. As Project Lead Software Engineer, you will serve as the technical anchor of the Solutions Delivery team, bridging business requirements and technology execution to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions.
You will provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, guiding development teams, driving engineering best practices, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with organizational goals. From system design and architecture to deployment and continuous improvement, you will play a critical role in accelerating digital innovation across The Medical City.

What You'll Actually Do
Lead Technical Delivery
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Remove technical blockers and support teams in delivering projects on time and according to quality standards.
Champion Engineering Excellence
- Establish and maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and development best practices.
- Promote the adoption of modern development frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Contribute hands-on to software architecture, design, and development when needed.
Drive Innovation & Technical Strategy
- Research and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and platforms that improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Maintain and manage the application development roadmap to ensure alignment between business priorities and development activities.
- Support technical decision-making that enhances long-term technology capabilities.
Ensure Reliable & Secure Solutions
- Oversee deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization of applications.
- Implement secure coding, data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity best practices throughout development.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize operational disruptions and ensure system stability.
Build Team Capability
- Mentor developers and cultivate a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
- Provide technical coaching and support to strengthen team capabilities and performance.
- Help establish effective development practices and standards across projects.
Who You Are
- A graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experienced in modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Django, FlutterFlow, UiPath, or similar technologies.
- Has experience leading technical initiatives and supporting development teams.
- Strong in software architecture, code quality, testing, deployment, and application security.
- A problem-solver who thrives in complex technical environments and can balance technical excellence with business needs.
- Passionate about innovation, mentoring, and building scalable technology solutions.
