Parallel Distribution builds automation and AI tooling for short-form social media, powering thousands of organic accounts for global brands. We are scaling fast and already influence a meaningful share of TikTok content worldwide. Our engineering team sits at the core of everything we do—experimenting quickly, and working with cutting-edge AI for text, image, and video generation.

Full-time, Independent Contractor | Flexible hours with some EST overlap

You'll join a small, elite engineering team, working closely with the CEO and fellow builders. Engineers work in pods and in sprints, own projects end-to-end, and ship directly to production.

What you'll help build

·      AI-driven content generation workflows (image & video)

·      High-scale job queues and automation pipelines

·      Browser and device-based automations (web + mobile)

·      Internal and external SaaS tools used daily by the business

Who We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

·      Have 3–7 years experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node) and Python

·      Have built full-stack applications

·      Are comfortable working independently and owning outcomes

·      Enjoy experimenting with new tools and AI models

·      Communicate clearly and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative team

·      Bonus if you've touched DevOps, automation, video tooling, or large-scale systems.
