About The Role
The Software Engineer (Outsystems Developer) is responsible for researching, developing, and integrating new products, services, and processes into existing systems with a focus on analytics, automation, and digital transformation. The role supports business units by designing and implementing innovative solutions, developing APIs, and enhancing campaign and communication processes through technology.
What You'll Do
- Conduct research and develop innovative technology solutions based on business needs and data-driven insights.
- Research emerging technologies and identify opportunities for integration into existing systems or new implementations.
- Implement innovative methods of gathering and utilizing data from various sources.
- Provide technical support to business units through the development of systems, applications, and scripts.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance APIs to improve system integration and operational efficiency.
- Develop, maintain, enhance, and document automation solutions and related processes.
- Streamline campaign processes and Contact Policy implementation to ensure efficient campaign delivery.
- Enhance campaign communications through digital channels for Portfolio Actions and Usage Campaigns.
- Establish and maintain monitoring mechanisms for key campaign performance drivers and metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation initiatives.
