Role OverviewWe are looking for aSoftware Engineer Ito join our Business Services Query and ESP QA team. In this role, you will support automation initiatives, AI implementation, performance testing, and software quality assurance activities. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our product releases through automated and manual testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and update automated test scripts.
- Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and document findings.
- Ensure adequate test coverage across applications and releases.
- Identify, investigate, document, and track software defects and anomalies.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Product Analysts, and QA team members throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support automation initiatives, AI implementation, and performance testing activities.
- Recommend and implement testing tools to improve QA efficiency and maximize test coverage.
- Diagnose system issues using logs, traces, dumps, and diagnostic tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure software releases meet quality, performance, and business requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Technical Skills- PowerShell scripting in Windows environments
- Bash/Shell scripting for workflow automation
- GitHub Actions (CI/CD workflows)
- Groovy scripting (ReadyAPI)

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Knowledge of programming languages including Python, Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and data manipulation languages.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and processes.
Work Schedule- Night Shift:9:00 PM – 5:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Holiday Schedule:Philippine Holidays
