Software Engineer | .NET, Application Support & Production Operations

We're looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about application development and production support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting enterprise applications, and building reliable solutions while growing their expertise across development, infrastructure, and operations.

What You'll Do

✅ Develop and support applications using C#, ASP.NET, XML, and REST APIs

✅ Assist in maintaining Windows-based application environments and IIS

✅ Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using Dynatrace and related tools

✅ Support SQL Server and Oracle database environments

✅ Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and production support activities

✅ Collaborate with senior engineers on system enhancements and deployments

✅ Support release and change management activities

✅ Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives

✅ Work with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and GitHub to manage work items and code deployments

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Software Engineering, Application Support, or Production Support
• Experience with:
• C#, ASP.NET, XML, REST APIs
• SQL Server or Oracle Databases
• Windows Server and IIS
• GitHub and Azure DevOps
• Incident and problem management processes
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or similar platforms
• Basic exposure to Linux/Unix environments is a plus
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ServiceNow
• Exposure to F5 and Cisco technologies
• Understanding of Agile or Waterfall SDLC
• Experience with automation and scripting
