This is a full-time Mid Software Engineer (Java & Springboot) position located in Taguig, Philippines, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end solutions using Java and Spring Boot. Day-to-day responsibilities include coding, debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications, collaborating with teams to ensure project success, and ensuring adherence to software development best practices. The candidate will also be expected to participate in code reviews and contribute to innovative solutions for technical challenges.

• Solid foundation in Computer Science principles and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Hands-on experience with Java, including frameworks like Spring Boot
• Proficient in Programming and debugging to deliver high-quality applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working in hybrid or collaborative team environments, with excellent communication skills
• Relevant certifications and experience in Agile methodologies are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines
