Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, enhance, and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
· Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems like Workday and ServiceNow
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Copilot experiences.
· Optimize and maintain existing Copilot solutions for performance and scalability.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
· Strong understanding of Power Platform Solution management, environments, and deployment
· Proven experience developing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
· Strong understanding of Generative/Agentic AI and Responsible AI
· Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns.
· Ability to apply best practices in low code development
· Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) for extending Power Platform capabilities.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification.
· Experience with consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP web services
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
· Prior experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using Power Platform.
· Knowledge of security and governance within Power Platform environments.
· Experience with Human Resources processes and employee self-service solutions
