Software Engineer III (UX/UI)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer III (UX/UI) to develop intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. This role combines front-end development and UX/UI design, working closely with business analysts, developers, and project teams to deliver engaging user experiences while maintaining high software quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web interfaces and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business and technical requirements into user-friendly applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications while resolving UI-related issues.
• Build reusable UI components, templates, and design libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, estimation, and Agile development activities.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to UI/UX best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX development or front-end engineering.
• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes using Axure RP or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and UX/UI principles.
• Experience with accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG), usability testing, and front-end frameworks is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
