Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide regular progress updates.
• Design, develop, and implement new features based on business needs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following development best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, test, and improve existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and development standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of professional experience in software or web application development.
• Hands-on experience with PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Experience working with HRIS, ERP, or other business management systems is an advantage.
• Experience in API integration and working with RESTful services.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or similar database platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
