Software Engineer (Agilepoint)

We're looking for a Software Developer to build innovative business process automation solutions using the AgilePoint NX Low-Code/No-Code Platform. You'll design, develop, configure, test, and support scalable workflow applications that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and deliver real business value.

Job responsibility includes:

1. Design, develop, and maintain workflow applications using AgilePoint NX.
2. Create and configure forms, workflows, business processes, and data entities within AgilePoint.
3. Develop business process automation solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
4. Configure user roles, permissions, notifications, and approval workflows.
5. Customize AgilePoint solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs when required.
6. Design and implement integrations with external systems such as (REST APIs , Microsoft 365, SharePoint , Kafkaa)
7. Develop reusable components and templates to improve development efficiency.
8. Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing support.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, form, integration, and deployment issues.
10. Maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and deployment guides.

Support:

1. Provide technical support for AgilePoint applications.
2. Investigate production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
3. Monitor workflow execution and system performance.
4. Support application enhancements and change requests.
5. Participate in application maintenance and version upgrades.

Job requirement:

1. Experience in low-code/no-code platforms
2. Experience developing mobile applications using React Native
3. Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Cursor AI,ChatGPT, or similar in daily development work
4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, andcomfortable interacting with all levels of management.
