About the Role
We're looking for an AI‑Driven SDET to help redefine how testing is done in a high‑velocity, AI‑accelerated development environment. Instead of manually executing tests, you'll build scalable systems that continuously validate AI‑generated code and production behavior. This role is ideal for engineers who want to combine strong automation expertise with cutting‑edge AI practices to ensure speed, safety, and reliability at scale.
What You'll Do
- Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to generate automated tests, validation frameworks, and debugging workflows
- Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (API, UI, integration) integrated into CI/CD pipelines
- Implement validation systems for AI‑generated outputs, edge cases, and system integrations
- Build observability into test systems using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers in development pods, embedding quality early in the lifecycle
- Own end‑to‑end quality for features, ensuring regression coverage scales with delivery velocity
- Support production validation and incident analysis
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in SDET or automation‑focused QA roles
- Experience using AI tools for test automation or development
- Strong programming skills (C#, Java, or similar)
- Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
- Experience testing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, SQL, and data validation
- Strong debugging, root‑cause analysis, and system design understanding
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in US Insurance Domain - Property and Casualty (P&C)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise or SaaS environments
- Background in performance, reliability, or cloud‑based testing
