Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

We are currently hiring multiple Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET) to join a high-performing engineering team supporting fintech and payments platforms. This role is ideal for engineers with a strong coding background who have built and scaled automation frameworks within product-driven environments, particularly in payments, digital banking, or financial services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and integration layers
- Develop and enhance test platforms that support high-quality, high-frequency releases
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure quality is embedded in the development lifecycle (CI/CD, shift-left testing)
- Validate complex transactional systems, including payment flows, financial data processing, and microservices
- Drive improvements in test coverage, reliability, and performance across distributed systems
What We're Looking For
- Strong programming experience (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar)
- Proven experience as an SDET or Test Automation Engineer in a product or engineering-driven environment
- Hands-on experience building or contributing to automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
- Solid understanding of API testing, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Highly Preferred
- Background in fintech, payments, or digital banking platforms
- Experience working on payment gateways, remittance systems, transaction processing, or financial APIs
- Exposure to high-scale, high-availability systems handling financial transactions
