Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in automation frameworks, frontend technologies, and CI/CD processes, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across multiple environments.
- Develop and execute automation scripts using Playwright/WebLoad and other testing tools.
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and recommend improvements to enhance product quality.
- Ensure adherence to software quality assurance standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in software testing and test automation.
- Strong hands-on experience in .Net/C# development.
- Experience working with Angular v16 or above.
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and/or WebLoad.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for test management and CI/CD integration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Work Setup
- Shift: APAC Shift (9:00 AM)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 1-2x / week onsite in BGC, Taguig
