- Develop, test, and maintain web applications and related tools using various web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Collaborate with product and business analysts, designers, content producers, and other developers to determine site architecture, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Write and optimize web content (text, graphics, and image) to ensure copy & image clarity and user-friendliness.
- Develop APIs and system-to-system integrations
- Design and develop a scalable database
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all codebases.
- Debugging and troubleshooting website/application errors and fixing them quickly.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within designated deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in web development and UI/UX design best practices.
- Assist with other technical-related tasks such as web/email hosting, domain name management, third-party integrations, and database administration.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of programming best practices and proven problem-solving skills to ensure that all codebases are scalable, secure, fast and maintain cross-browser compatibility across all devices ensuring quick loading time and optimal display of images and texts.
- Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in web and API development is required, with a minimum of 3 self produced demo applications and 3 years of experience in the field
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and other web development languages and frameworks is required
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with content management systems and web design tools is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and tools in the field of web development
