Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.
Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will engage in the implementation of the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the necessary standards and specifications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience with application customization and integration. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Knowledge of user experience design principles related to SAP FIORI. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture. - This position is based at our Manila office.
