Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and managing issues across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will collaborate with vendors, support service management teams in issue analysis and resolution, and create Requests for Change to improve system performance. You will also contribute to knowledge base documentation to support efficient troubleshooting and smooth operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and operational decisions.
• Provide solutions to issues for both immediate and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to improve team capability and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Expert proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
• Good to have: Content Management and Linux experience.
• Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes.
• Experience with AWS or Azure for cloud hosting and service management.
• Experience with Alfresco or Mobius platform optimization, including repository management, archiving, and content retrieval is required.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  
  

Additional Information:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure required.
• Location: Manila office (Cybergate Tower 2).
• Work Setup: Hybrid (2x a week onsite).
• Shift Schedule: US Hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET).
