Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in business analysis or a related field
- Proven experience with data analysis, business process modeling, and requirements gathering
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, process maps, and requirement specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the organization
- Other tasks that may be necessary in order to meet key performance indicators
