How You'll Make an Impact

- Apply holistic systems thinking to identify:

- Downstream impacts before development begins
- Apply a strong UX lens to workflows and features:
- Improving usability
- Reducing friction and cognitive load
- Run and interpret basic data reports to identify:
- Usage trends
- Behaviour patterns
- Process gaps
- Maintain proactive communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Create and maintain:
- Process documentation
- Confluence pages
- Internal guides
- Support agile delivery processes across the software lifecycle
- Leverage AI tools to improve:
- Documentation
- Requirements gathering
- Workflow analysis
- Feedback and trend analysis
What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:

- Are based in the Philippines
- Have 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or similar roles
- Hold a bachelor's degree in:
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Business
- Or related fields
- Have strong experience in:
- Requirements gathering
- User story creation
- Acceptance criteria writing
- Have a solid understanding of:
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Agile delivery environments
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Are confident communicating with:
- Technical stakeholders
- Non-technical business users
- Can think holistically about systems, workflows, and user journeys
What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With:

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Work Schedule & Employment Terms
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Remote work setup
- Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month
- Open to PH-based applicants only
