Job Summary
The Digital Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining digital tools, automated reporting systems, and web-based platforms to support operational efficiency. This role involves creating data-driven solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration of digital applications into existing workflows.
Duties & Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, automated reports, and analytical tools.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including project management and operational systems.
- Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate findings and insights.
Digital Forms & Workflow Automation
- Build and maintain digital forms using the company's in-house platform Powerforms.
- Design automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency using Microsoft PowerAutomate
Application & Interface Development
- Develop web-based interfaces for inventory management and other operational systems
- Ensure applications are user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate tools smoothly into existing processes.
Qualifications (Suggested)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and report automation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools and applications
- Experience in digital forms or workflow automation (Powerforms or equivalent tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects
- Be curious, diagnose problems, and present solutions to management.
- Communicate with experts and departments to grow your knowledge and skills
- Regularly update management on digital tool development and implementation for feedback and adjustments
