Social Worker

The Medical City Ortigas is searching for an experienced Social Worker to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role is responsible for processing requirements of Divine Mercy Patients, conducting interviews and explains the coverage of the application, providing individual, family, and group health counseling at The Medical City if needed, and assisting in the preparation of Divine Mercy fund raising program.

This role reports directly to the Medical Social Services department.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Processes requirements of Divine Mercy patients
• Conducts interviews and explains the coverage of the application
• Provides individual, family, and group health counseling at TMC if needed.
• Assists in the preparation of Divine Mercy fundraising program.

• Excellent Customer Service: exemplifies Patient Partnership philosophy at all stages and phases of the patient journey, including timely and appropriate response to complaints.
• Operational Excellence: Conducting interviews, explaining coverage and processes/ validates applications and requirements for Divine Mercy Program

Ideally, a candidate must be a graduate of BS Social Work with PRC License (RSW), preferably with work experience. The candidate must also be willing to work in a shifting schedule, including work on night-shifts, weekends, or holidays
