Job Description:
Coordinates and collaborates with the LGUs, NGOs, POs and any other associations in the implementation of their programs and services for persons with disabilities
Assists in the referral of LGU referred clients to other services and other institutions to address their emerging needs
Conducts assessment of client's capacities
4. Facilitates the conduct of the quarterly and special meetings of the Regional Committee on Disability Affairs (RCDA) and the Regional Inter-Agency Committee for Older Persons (RIACOP) |
5. Assists in facilitating training for the LGUs along the programs for persons with disabilities |
6. Participates in the rehabilitation team meetings of clients in the Division |
7. Prepares project proposals and financial reports |
8. Submits progress report of clients 9. Prepares/submits regular reports (monthly, quarterly, semestral and annual) of the persons with disabilities welfare program and |
10. Conducts prospecting of partners and resources for the service of the center and forges the partnership thereof. |
