Schedule: Full-time position of 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, UK time zone.
What you'll do:
- Conceptualize and create compelling organic video content for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Produce standout social video ads that capture attention on Facebook and Instagram.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity that effectively communicates the brand identity, engages the audience, and drives performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze performance data and apply insights to inform and enhance the video content strategy.
- Apply a test-and-learn method, pushing the boundaries of creativity to develop innovative and impactful content that elevates the brand narrative.
- Meet multiple project deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques, to continuously improve capabilities and deliver cutting-edge videos.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience in creating impactful video content that resonates profoundly within the social media landscape, ideally with experience in producing 9x16 videos tailored for Meta platforms.
- Mastery of both Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- An understanding of the cultural fabric of each social platform to create perfectly tailored content.
- A keen instinct for video engagement, with a skillful approach to capturing and sustaining attention.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make tough decisions autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
