Job Description

This role supports the Head of Social in shaping and executing always-on and campaign-based social, PR, influencer, and liveselling strategies for assigned businesses within a specific consumer segment, grounded in a strong understanding of consumer behavior, culture, category dynamics, channel mix, and the brand's product portfolio and go-to-market approach, with the goal of converting subscribers into brand advocates and influencers. It also leads and coordinates internal and external teamsincluding ambassadors, influencers, agencies, and talent partnersto deliver and manage campaigns that launch new products, services, and branded experiences, overseeing execution, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Social Strategy Management
  • Leads and collaborates with ambassadors, influencers, and a team of content (PR, social, creatives), whether internal and external, to design, build, and launch business-targeted always-on marketing and campaigns that show deep insight (consumer/culture/category/product) leading to a well-thought-out role of the brand; that use the ideal content channels mix given the audience; that accurately express the brand intent across creative formats or executions; and which can be properly measured against identified brand health attributes and measurement plans.
  • Planning & Coordination
  • Aligns with the Marketing Communications departments, particularly with the Communications Design Strategy team, to ensure compliance with always-on and campaign strategy and ensuring compliance with pre-set rules, guidelines and approval SLA for ASC, DTI, and relevant external partner or, agencies;
  • Coordinates with Social Team and Brand teams to ensure all social content and campaigns are properly scheduled and aligned.
  • Helps manage the pencil booking or content pipeline sheets to track upcoming posts, events, and activations.
  • Ensures timely submission and updating of content assets, captions, and briefs in coordination with internal and external partners.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Tracks and consolidates social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, video views, CTR, sentiment, etc.).
  • Assists in preparing regular reports for social and other stakeholders, identifying high-performing content, audience insights, and trends that can inform future content planning.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Works closely with creative, brand, and influencer teams to ensure social executions reflect strategic priorities.
  • Coordinates with agencies and internal stakeholders for briefing materials, review cycles, and content approvals.

Requirements


  • Minimum 6-8 years of influencer management and/or PR and/or social media experience - agency or in-house (agency preferred)
  • Significant project management experience - agency or in-house (agency preferred)
  • Liveselling and talent management experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Agency experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Telco experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Experience working at a multinational company is a plus but not necessary
  • End-to-end expertise in influencer management and/or PR and/or social media marketing
  • Telco industry knowledge is a plus but not necessary
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
