ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly experienced Social Media Video & Ad Editor to create engaging short-form video content for organic social media and paid advertising. This role focuses on performance-driven, platform-native edits that capture attention and drive results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Create paid ad creatives optimized for performance and conversion
Add captions, text overlays, sound effects, b-roll, and music
Adapt content for different platforms and formats
Work from briefs, raw footage, or UGC-style content
Meet fast-paced production timelines
Iterate on creatives based on performance data and feedback
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of professional video editing experience
Strong proficiency in Canva
Deep understanding of social media trends and ad creative best practices
Proven experience editing performance-based ads
Strong attention to pacing, storytelling, and detail
