The Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence. You will be responsible for telling the story of our craftsmanship through high-end visuals, managing a consistent content engine, and driving growth through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Strategy: Conceptualize and execute a social media calendar that aligns with our brand's luxury aesthetic and product launches.
  • High-End Video Production: Create polished, high-quality Reels and TikTok. You must be able to turn raw footage into sophisticated, aspirational content that resonates with a luxury audience.
  • Platform Growth: Manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts with a primary goal of increasing organic following and community engagement.
  • Performance Marketing: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok to drive conversions and brand awareness.
  • Trend Execution: Stay ahead of South Asian fashion trends and social media shifts to keep Karegar relevant and first-to-market with creative ideas.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • The Eye: A strong portfolio showing experience with high-end, luxury, or fashion brands.
  • CapCut Mastery: Expert-level video editing skills (specifically in CapCut) to create seamless, engaging short-form video content.
  • Paid Media Experience: Proven track record in performance marketing and managing paid social budgets effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Experience managing a content calendar and meeting deadlines without constant supervision.
  • Cultural Alignment: An appreciation for or understanding of South Asian fashion and craftsmanship is highly preferred.
