Job Title: Social Media Team Member

Type: Permanent Full Time

Location: Remote

Pay: ₱225 per hour at 40 hours per week, plus bonuses

Job Responsibilities

We're looking for new multimedia experts to join our Social Media team. They'll be responsible for:

• Produce and edit offline cuts for short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form projects.
• Structure visual pacing, narrative flow, and hook assembly directly within offline project files.
• Coordinate closely with video editors to guarantee the on-time delivery of all final deliverables.
• Supervise quality control, reviewing editor output to ensure every video aligns with high visual standards and brand guidelines.
• Oversee end-to-end post-production workflows, managing editing schedules, project timelines, and deliverable priorities.
• Organize raw assets and maintain clean project file structures
• Source, curate, and integrate media assets, including stock footage, music, sound design, and graphic overlays.
  
  

Job Requirements

We're Looking For

• Multimedia Expertise (video and graphic editing)
• Experience in Social Media Management
• Marketing /Communications background is a plus
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to work 9am-5pm US Eastern Time
